3. Shipping Exceptions & Additional Fees

Please note that orders shipped to the following locations may be subject to additional shipping fees and longer delivery times:

  • Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI)

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes (if your carrier requires a street address for delivery)

For orders shipping to these locations, any applicable additional shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Split Shipments

To ensure smooth customs clearance and product safety, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, each with a separate tracking number.

Most shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no extra fees for you. If there are any policy changes, we will inform you in advance.

Tips:

  • For final-mile updates, contact the local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) once the package arrives in your country.

  • For urgent orders, choose Express Shipping and verify customs requirements before placing your order.
